This past Friday night, my wife and I went to Harrah's with friends for dinner and to attend the IMPROV comedy show.
Friday night at Harrah's for dinner is very popular because it's "Dungeness Crab" night. We met at 6 pm and the lines for this special buffet were already wrapped around the restaurant area. Within 30 minutes we were seated for what was about to be a mouth watering experience. The crabs were like eating filet mignon,seasoned to perfection and with every bite a mouth full of crab meat that you just can't stop eating. Of course, you still can have the rest of the delicious buffet including all the wonderful desserts available.
We finished eating around 7:45 pm,just in time for the 8 pm show where we already had reserved seats. This was my first experience at the IMPROV and I can assure you it won't be my last. Ninety minutes of laughter, these stand up comics were as talented as any comics I have ever seen. The three performers each had their own unique style of comedy and were equally entertaining.
For food and entertainment, Friday nights at Harrah's is a great night out on the town all in one stop,and parking right in the Harrah's garage makes it so easy.
