Carnival Latino … a celebration of extraordinary Latin music and the Hispanic heritage and culture…takes place this coming weekend! This event is a 3-day festival that will feature headline entertainment held in Downtown New Orleans August 24th, 25th and 26th, 2007 and will be the entertainment certerpiece to the State of Louisiana's "World Cultural Economic Forum", CX-1.
