Where to Catch Your Cabbage This Year.
The Irish Channel St. Patrick's Day Parade route has changed this year due to continuing construction Uptown. In 2018, the parade will roll on Saturday, March 17, beginning at Napoleon Ave. and Tchoupitoulas Street, after noon mass at St. Mary's Assumption Church. Officials anticipate a 1:30 start time.
